Using a special formulated Patented film are manufacturers have designed a unique shrink application that will allow the cheese to breath more effectively within the film and we can provide better shelf life compared to our competitors. Both our Thermoforming and Shrink films have demonstrated compatibility with the PE flexibles mechanical recycling stream.
Here we can offer both high speed and medium speed hermetic seal box-motion flow wrappers. The machines have full washdown capabilities and are designed with special sealing units to be compatible with all high barrier shrink films for cheese.
Our Italian partners have worked on many cheese applications. From grated cheese to mozzarella they have designed efficient cost effective vertical form fill seal machine specifically for the demanding Italian and French cheese industry.
